Below are some important things to know prior to your scheduled appointment:

***If you are feeling ill CANCEL/DO NOT BOOK AN APPOINTMENT!!! If you book and I see that you were not forthcoming, I will cancel and still charge the full price for the time.

LATE/CANCELLATION POLICY

**After 15 minutes your appointment is cancelled. 

***If your appointment has been rescheduled for the same day there will be a $35 rescheduling fee in addition to your service. 

*** Please Communicate if you are running late, as I will do the same.

***PerfectNappz is located inside of HG2 Salon Suites #140. Please ring the (white) doorbell for entry. For safety the door is locked 24/7.

NO CALL/NO SHOW 

*** If you No Call No Show for your appointment, any future appointents must be paid in full with a $35 rescheduling fee. 

 

***MOBILE APPOINTMENTS are accepted with a $75 convenient fee no exceptions. 

​

***I do service children however for extremely tender headed children there will be a $25 fee in addition to their service.

*** Please NO extra guests unless they're being serviced!!!
